The Andana Approach
Whether we provide you with social media strategies, content development, a new trade show booth, updated brochures and collateral, or an annual marketing plan, we’ll work through a version of these five steps. We know it takes a lot to invest in marketing and branding, and we want to make sure everything we deliver is based on your goals; to develop the best messages for the right audiences. To ensure that expectations are met (and exceeded!), we follow a similar approach for each project, no matter the size or scope. Our basic process is as follows:
1 . Education, Analysis & Research: We begin every project with a kick-off meeting that involves a lot of questions. We’ll learn everything we can from you. We’ll engage your staff, your clients, and review your marketing materials to get a fresh 360’ view of your firm. Our approach includes client surveys and SWOT analysis. We deliver feedback to you and get your feedback on our findings.
2. Positioning: Once we’ve discussed the findings and initial recommendations, we’ll begin the process of creating core messaging that will be used in the materials we’re tasked to produce. Typically an elevator pitch is created, plus a positioning statement and value proposition for your company and service.
3. Planning: Now that we know what separates you from the competition and why clients love working with you, we collaboratively develop brilliant ideas and tactics to market your firm that meet your budget and goals. The plan will include traditional, digital, and social media tactics, actions, and deadlines. We provide a one page implementation plan – easy to use so it won’t get dusty. then prepare a clear and realistic strategy document that lays out our suggested direction and tactical plan.
4. Engagement: After we’ve agreed on the messaging and tactics, we’ll get down to the creative and the production of tactical elements [website, direct response, brochures, leave behinds, etc.] We help you create the materials you need to execute the plan and systemize the process. We work as your advisor and partner to execute the plan and make sure your target audience is getting the message.
5. Strategy Sustainment: Once the plan is in motion, we maintain momentum through status calls. Each month, we monitor, brainstorm, and review the plan to help you win contracts and execute the strategy.
