As principal of Andana Consulting, Carrie Ann Williams, CPSM works with organizations to guide proposal development and create amazing content. Carrie Ann has more than 15 years of experience successfully tracking, pursuing, proposing, and winning local, state, and federal contracts in the fields of architecture, engineering, and construction (A/E/C), environmental and IT. Through her knowledge of the full lifecycle of government consulting, Carrie Ann has supported hundreds of government proposals and contracts as a Marketing Director, Proposal Manager, and Project Manager for several A/E/C organizations. She advises firms on market research, overall strategy, and marketing tactics and speaks on marketing topics nationwide to organizations including SAME, SMPS, AIA, and NVSBE. Carrie Ann is active with Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) where she is co-chair for the national STEM Committee, is currently an Elected Director for SAME Baltimore Post. She is an active member of the Society for Marketing Professional Services, Urban Land Institute, and the American Institute of Architects. In 2010, she received the Young Member Award from SAME Baltimore Post. In 2011, she received the Young Member Award from SAME Baltimore and the RVP medal in 2014. A Certified Professional Services Marketer, Carrie has an undergraduate degree in English Literature and a Masters of Business Administration. Carrie Ann is a Houzz certified marketing professional.
