Our engagements start with a strategy session to develop a customized marketing plan that meets business goals and suits your budget. Once approved, we set to work on managing your daily marketing tactics.
- First, we meet – by phone, skype, or in person, to understand what services you need, learn your budget, and start developing a plan
- Next, we send over a proposal tailored to your company. We work on an hourly basis or monthly retainer depending on the scope of work we will do together
- No matter what scope we work from, our next step is a kickoff strategy meeting where we get into the details – prioritize projects, set up access, schedule future meetings, and outline the plan
- From there, we send over a one-page plan, outlining the goals, objectives, strategies, and tactics for our work together and setting our regular meeting schedule to evaluate progress and results.
- Once we are on the same page, we get to work on your company’s marketing – to win the work you want!
